hey bro how are ya? I am good . I had to take time off to recuperate but I am back in the gym , treadmill and pool this week . still pushing for 8-10% bf and ripped!

how is it going man? how is the progress. I am doing well 5 days weights (2 days split , with killer abs and chest routines) and 5 days cardio 8 % here we come , look at my thread for details and new pics coming soon

Thanks for the complement! Feels like I'm backsliding a bit...had to lay off the cardio because of my foot and adjusted my diet and routine (High reps) to account for it...Needs some more adjustments. Feeling Fluffy!!
