How I Started:
I am an ex NCAA football player & started working out in my highschool years. 2 years After football was over, I decided it was time to get back into the gym and start fresh.
Why I Love It:
Working out makes my mind feel free and takes away all stress.

I surf this site multiple times per day! I want to look and feel my best.

Goal (Long):
Long term I want to be as lean as I can be and still weigh around 205. If I can get to the point where I can run a 10k at a kick ass time, I would be on top of the world. Anywhere between 7-9% bfat would be awesome. I also want to see my arms grow a little. I think I secretly want to be a fitness model when I grow up.

i am soo addicted to running. ive been huge in the past 245 at my peak with 15% bf, but these days i like to do anything that keeps me lean and in great running shape.

oh hi, sorry for this late reply. I hv a huge collection of thong underwear and swimwear. I also wear boxers and normal brief. But as for gym, I prefer thong as it goes well with my 3/4 tight body fitting lycra shorts. If I wear a bikini type underwear, people can still trace the bikini line which I dun feel comfortable with. From the practical aspect, it is more comfortable and cooling when I do squat exercise. You should try that too. It would be nice for your body, esp at the beach!
