How I Started: I am an ex NCAA football player & started working out in my highschool years. 2 years After football was over, I decided it was time to get back into the gym and start fresh.
Why I Love It: Working out makes my mind feel free and takes away all stress.
How I Stay Motivated: I surf this site multiple times per day! I want to look and feel my best.
BB Accomplishments: I can finally see an ab..or two.

Goals:
Main Goal: Live Healthier
Goal (Short): Short term I want to be able to run a 5k at a good pace (20min) without stopping. I need to get my bodyfat down into the single digits so I can see more than 1 Ab.
Goal (Long): Long term I want to be as lean as I can be and still weigh around 205. If I can get to the point where I can run a 10k at a kick ass time, I would be on top of the world. Anywhere between 7-9% bfat would be awesome. I also want to see my arms grow a little. I think I secretly want to be a fitness model when I grow up.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 5 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 9%

i am soo addicted to running. ive been huge in the past 245 at my peak with 15% bf, but these days i like to do anything that keeps me lean and in great running shape.

I wish I could say there was magic thing to do or say to stop eating bad foods, but there isnt...You just have to want it bad enough. I do know that drinking water suppresses your appetite so when you get a craving, grab some H2O
