i know this is way late but i myself quit drinking in nov 07 battled it for a long time man. hopefully all is going well keep up on the workouts. good job and good luck. but i have to say GO SAN FRAN! cowboys are ok thou

ya pays well makes it hard to quit.got a question. working construction what kinds of food do take to work. hard to find good meals for work when my meals come out of a lunch box.especall when i eat three meals at work.trying to bulk up

i dont know you goals but it looks like you got size to work with id start out doinh whole body work outs 3 times a week doing basic compound movements bench press, bent over row, squats, shoulder press bar bell curls. do 3 sets of 10 2 to 3 excercises per body psrt

yes you can gain 10 pounds. you could easily gain 30-40 pounds. it wont be all muscle thats why there are cutting cycles. but br careful because of your age your bones arent going to grow as fast as your mescle. so eat a lot. healthy. moderate weight 10-12 reps
