trying to keep it 4 times a week; standard workout:
chest, tri / cardio / abs
shoulder, bi / cardio /
back, forearm / cardio / abs
leg / cardio / abs - light
cardio:
long 2 time a week
10 miles exercise ride, complete under 25-28 minutes, at level 15
2 miles running or other...
etc etc...
short 2 time a week
2 miles running on the machines or other...
basketball
abs:
light / heavy |
