I Was 184lbs and 34% Body Fat in April 2004. I guess I just got sick of not feeling so good about myself....
Why I Love It:
I love working out and body building because it makes me feel GREAT!!! I get a really awesome sence of Acheivement and Success!!! It make me learn Discipline and Control, and if I could do this, I can only imagine what else I can do..... ANYTHING!!!!!!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm looking forward to that Amaizing feelling that I get when i acomplish my goal. Everytime i hear my routine music, i become unstopable and feel invincible, man it's sounds weird, but WHO CARES, RIGHT?!?!?!?! ;D ;D :D

I am back from IFBB SA’s. I got a controversial 3rd place. I don’t want to go in to the whole issue. The decision has been made and nothing can change it. No need for me to rumble on about the issue. I have uploaded photos and the top 3 comparisons under my progress pics. I also uploaded my posing routine under the video clips. I say the truth lies in the pictures. Please check it out and let me know what you think. My competition weight was a rock hard 229.9lbs.
