Gabriel, before you had too much BF in the lower abs, you like me we have to over work more the arms to start gaining size in that area, but we have the ability to develop chest and back faster. I will say now is much better than before. HOPE everything is fine in your side of the world.

not big on sauna/steam room/hot tub after working out--tends to make me overheat as i am already overheated from a hard work-out... don't think it does anything other than maybe relax you some and get you to sweat-out any toxins--i'd imagine drinking lots of water probably does it just as well, maybe better. working out hard is what matters--all the after stuff won't do an ounce of good without working the muscle enough to stimulate adaptation/growth.
