I am a soccer/Lacrosse player and i want to get stronger for the sport, i used to be real weak and skinny now im more average and happy but by the end of my seinor year i want to be bigger and stronger by alot my main goal is to deadlift 400lbs and bench 1.5x my bodyweight whatever that may be..and i plan on pursuing bodybuilding for a hobby to stay in shape not really to compete just do it because i love to and want to get bigger and stay fit
He went from losing 150lbs, then losing even more and ended up hospitalized, then came back out and trained hard and almost doubled his weight in two years. It's inspiring to see someone who can do this, and shows you gotta be dedicated.
Beating an eating disorder, and looking the way he does is inspring. Also i would love to become a pro eater one day..and this guy is the best of the best.
To Go into the Health science field, and help people achieve the bodies they want or become a pharmasist, and maybe Nutrionist on the side if possible.

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
I have gotten closer to my Father with him trying to get healthier and all of my knowledge ive gained to help him.
Yea that dude was all in Love with those eggs man. No big deal but it doesn't have to be eggs for breakfast. Food is food, whether it's 4pm or 2am or 9am. Keep up the good work.
Hey bro, thanks, yeah my pecs have grown fairly big. I do basic exercises: flat bench, incline bench, pec deck or flyes. Sometimes I'll add cable crossovers or declines. But 12-15 sets total is all you need. You don't want to over-train. Congrats on your gains. Train hard..build MUSCLES. I love building muscle.
You can graduate highschool, go to college for 6 years, and then graduate with a Pharm. D and be a RPh (registered pharmacist) with a license to practice making 90-110k a year. Yes.
Hey Joe,
In Texas, It took me 2 years of college pre-pharmacy courses just to get into pharmacy school. The pharmacy curriculum is 4 years long. So about 6 years total. You can do it in 7 or 8, but 6 is the minimum.
yo man can you get on aim?
i'm looking for an online bb partner, you can get my sn from my profile if you need it.
oh and i promise not to turn out as a child predator lol.
yeah, well whatever works best for you. i think a pair of dumbells is really all you need to get ripped, but if you want power you've gotta have a machine or some seriously heavy weights.
i just got lucky cause my parents support me so much, i've got more equipment than i can use (no we're not one of those super-rich families it replaces video games in the budget haha).
your school got a weight room? cause that's about as good as it gets, i like the school weight room more than any gym.
i know what that's like, i've never had a gym membership in my life. First few months of working out i just had a pair of 15 pound dumbells and a 5 pound bar (that went up to only 120).
i got lucky cause i got a universal machine and a barbell... and that's when i discovered deadlifting, haha. you should look into some machines for home, they kick ass.
haha i just youtubed some forearm workouts, they're easy as hell but annoying cause you gotta do like 200 reps to get anything out of them.
you got aim? cause i just added the sn that was on your profile.
yeah chest's a bitch for some guys and forearms... i wish i could skip'em.
i don't know what i'm doing with myself lol, want to bulk but can't since i've got track coming up, so i'm just gonna keep doing what i'm doing for a few more months and work on bringing my deadlift up to 350.
