Increase weight to 185 lbs. Reduce bodyfat to 15%.
Goal (Long):
This summer I gained 11 lbs. (and added 1/2 to 3/4" each on my Chest/Back, Arms, Thighs and Calves) while reducing my waist size and my bodyfat percentage. I plan to keep the momentum and gain another 9-10 lbs. (and another 1/2 to 3/4" on my measurements) while simultaneously reducing my waist size and bodyfat percentage. My goal is a bodyweight of 185 lbs., a waist size of 32" and a bodyfat percentage of 15% or less by next Summer.
As a 42-year-old part-time athlete, full-time Human Resources Manager (and Father!), I am always looking for ways to add fitness to my life (such as walking the five flights of stairs to my office rather than taking the elevator). Ed is a continuing example of the power and results that dedication and hard work can produce. Each time I get frustrated with my slow progress towards my goals, I visit his page for inspiration.
I find this member inspirational through her hard work and dedication to reach her health and fitness goals, as well as her committment to her faith. It is always a pleasure to read her updates and visit her website.
