I want to get my body fat down and add muscle to my legs and core.
Goal (Long):
To become more competitive in cycling I need to lose some weight while gaining leg and core strength. I will also work on explosiveness for sprint type events. 4watts/kg ftp and cat3 upgrade this season
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 15 lb

Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
Its easy to do right when I get home from work, but I dont have all of the equipment I need, so I go to the gym a couple of times a week as well.

Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I use Training Peaks WKO+, its awesome for tracking endurance sport data.. I save all of the data from every ride and can track my progress and examine my current form.
take some pictures and post it under progress. But now worries! If you post your pics with the same date, they wont show up on your page until you post pictures at a later date!
Never rent...they are horrible skates. Online or at Play it Again Sports are the best deals. Try hockeymonkey.com. You can go to Iceworld and try on skates there so you know what size you are (hockey skates are different then shoes sizes)
