I have always been extremely skinny, About 130-145 @ my previous max. I had friends who all worked out & inspired me to hit the iron. Now, I cannot get enough of it!
Why I Love It:
The Feeling I get when I'm lifting more, and more weight every time. The way people react to me the bigger I get or the harder I push.
How I Stay Motivated:
Talking to other people who are into working out, and seeing the transformation into a beast!
