How many days per week do you do cardio?
What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Elliptical, time flies and i can read and/or listen to my Ipod right on the machine.
What is your cardio exercise plan?
I do cardio on off days except after legs day. I might incorporate more, but I need to bulk before i cut that's for sure.

Arm day, and holy shit did i power through that workout! I did 105 x 6 on BB curls, and i did some serious lifts with skullcrushers and close grip dumbbell bench. I am very happy with my progress this year so far.
On another note, i'm strongly considering X-Factor after I'm done...
