How I Started:
was very skinny in high school, since i was probably tallest (6'5) and the most skinny it was horrible, it took me a cpl years after graduating to realize i needed to change, even though i weighed 145lbs and weigh 200+ now, i still feel skinny, and thats why i keep going to the gym and pushing myself
Why I Love It:
great lifestyle, look forward to the challenge everyday to get to the point ive allways strived for.

by never being satisfied with my physique

would like to be at about 235lb at about 8-10% BF
Goal (Long):
i hope to add about 5lb of muscle or more per year over the next few years. hopefully if my training/diet/work schedule go all well i can be at my target of 235lbs. i will be disciplined as hell to reaching my goal without compromising my social life and work life.
