How I Started:
I just got started a little while back. I used to lift in high school. I was pretty lean and ripped back then. Now at 31 I'm pretty much a fat ass. So I hope I can transform my body with alot of hard lifting and dedicated dieting.
What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I usually drink 30 to 40 grams of protien in a drink, and also eat some brown rice for some good complex carbs to fuel my workouts. Then turn on some heavy music on the way to the gym and try to get motivated for a good work out. What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Mostly chiken,tuna,some wheat pastas,steak and protien powders in between meals. I try to stay away from soda and beer but we all know that can be pretty tuff.
