I don't want to get strong for its own sake. I like to have other reasons to keep at the weights. I like to be the guy that anyone can go to for heavy lifting. That's how I want to help the world...I know it's dumb. As for specific goals: bench press 225 10x. I'd like a definative six pack (okay I'll take 4 or 3 I guess) almost there, I have 4 pack flexed!.
Depends on the time of year and my goals at the time.

Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
I'm not a student of these guys. Over the IFBB monsters seem too over the top for me. I think there's a lot of great physiques in the natural ranks but I couldn't name any names due to my ignorance.
OK guys, the weekend is here and eating is kinda off. So I have a question for the family men (and women) here. Do you break from your family's eating at some point? Especially if getting ready for a competition? (Mine is March 09). How does this work in the grand scheme of...
I just finished restudying the chapter on Human Motion [challenging definitions and terms]... progress is going well. I have kept the diet steady and may crimp back a bit further on carbs later in the month. Going back and forth about buying a cycle of Animal Test. Sounds like some things are going well there bro ... we'll see how it shakes out at the end of the month. Look forward to seeing your pics dude. Cool!
Hey Dave - I am a early to bed kind of guy [8:30], but I am certainly not a big eater at night. I have a sweet potato about 4:00-ish and the higher fat cottage cheese along with almond butter at about 7:00. No sensations of starvation here. The higher fat content squelches that well.
Thats great to hear man, hope u r a great eater i am not, one of my great problem. But yesterday wife told me that i look bigger, so its starting to show.
Does she stick her butt up in the air when she's in pushup position? That's how my son and the other kids looked in their karate class when they had to do them. It was the cutest little thing to watch.
I was laughing while reading your comment about your 3 yr old. I remember as a kid watching Popeye eat spinach and getting strong. I used to beg my mom to buy spinach in a can so I could pour in my mouth the way he did and get strong like him, LOL.
No comment!! Hahahah!! I kind of fell off the eating wagon...I have still been trying to run/walk for at least 45 mins. 3-5 days a week. ugh...eating is so hard!!
I hope your training is going good! I've been off of here for about a month because my wireless card broke, not very fun! I'm still trying my best to stay healthy!
Ever tried mixing protein powder with yogurt? Make pudding out of it - throw in some diced fruit - tasty. I'll get the "box" when current supply runs out. It appears to be a bit more economical and perhaps it may be better stuff than I am currently using.
Hi Digger... Thanks for the visit to the old Blog! The charts/graphs are just one of the 'motiviational aids' that I use to keep myself going :) Congrats on your journey so far and here's to that the elusive 6 pack!
Hey Digger, great progress pix. You're getting some new heft in the traps, shoulders and arms based on the latest pics. Don't worry about abs if you keep working all around it will come. Keep it up!
