How I Started:
I originally began working out a long long long time ago back in high school. Working out to get int better shape for the football seasons. That eventually turned into sort of my therapy sessions were i could take out my frustrations and stress in a positive manner, on the weights. After many years of just working out for the sake of it last year i really started to focus way more on detail, preperation , and not just weights but cardio, and proper nutrition. iam now trying to take it up another level and hopefully compete a few times in 2009...
Why I Love It:
I just love the feeling i get when iam done with a good workout. putting in the work that most people wont, cant, or make excuses why they cant and seeing the results in the end.you get out of it what you put into it and you can only focus on you, your body ,and how you can get the most out of it genetically possible by pushing your mind and body to its limits.
How I Stay Motivated:
I focus on the struggles i have been through in my life and that gives me more than enough motivation to do what needs to be done day in and day out... when iam tired and i dont feel like doing my cardio or skipping a day... my inner fatboy tells me "SHUT THE F*$*K up chubbs and get your ass to the gym"... seeing my dad pass away in front of my eyes will always keep me motivated to do what i need to do and stay motivated to reach whatever goals i may have at the time.
