When I Started:
How I Started: I have always exercised and have enjoyed it, it started of as something to do in my spare time and an opportunity to join a gym. My first gym was in Ealing London, called stripes. I became addicted to the point that I knew what the instructors were going to say next in each of my classes! Then I enrolled onto my first of many teaching courses with the London Central YMCA, and have not looked back since. ;-)
I love working out and motivating others. I have always been within my ideal weight range. The only thing is that I have never challenged myself before to change my body shape. Now I feel ready to put my knowledge to the test, with the help of this amazing full of useful info website.
Why I Love It: as above...I am addicted for life!
How I Stay Motivated: The image in my head of the perfect me! Also seeing others doing well motivates me. I also like to be a good role model for my clients.
BB Accomplishments: I have helped build others...does that count ;-)

Goal (Long): Gain muscle. I have lost my weight that I needed to lose. Actually I really hate weighing myself so wont be doing it unless its for my measurements chart. Articles on this website are so helpful and motivating, cant decide which is my favourite at the moment ;-). Dont have a favourite celeb body...most of them just look skinny, a lot of the female profiles on this website have amazing bodies!

hi i really struggling with running myself, i tend to throw in lots of sports to help with cardio training is going well thank you, trying to bulk up so my abs have dissappeared which is not cool
