How I Started:
I was tired of being a fat loser. I was overweight my whole childhood and at my heaviest i was 190 lbs at around 25% bf. i took weight training class in high school and read about nutrition as well.
Why I Love It:
It has helped my confidence a ton. Also has helped me as an athlete. Most important has shown that hard work can overcome obstacles.
How I Stay Motivated:

Alright def. Yea I usually go to the gym around 11-1 every day in and around that usually. I went early today though because I had to get back in time to watch my favorite soccer team (Chelsea) get beat by Liverpool.
