How I Started: Started going with my dad and soon became much more dedicated then he is...right now working through some hockey injuries and looking to get back into the routine as I am taking this year off to heal and prepare for bull riding this fall.
Why I Love It: The intensity,

your core muscles(abs and lower back) are probably the most used and most important for ridin controlled. but the stronger your whole body the better
