How I Started:
Being fat sucked! I couldn't play with my kids, play ball, run, quad, anything! No way! I need to be an awesome role model and help my kids be healthy for their entire lives and I WAS teaching them to be obese. Not great parenting. What guy doesn't want to look great on the beach?

Knowledge. Self-determination. Focus on the end-goal only. Music. 100% effort or bust. Bodyspace guys & gals. My wife (profile: sweettartt)

1 0 0 + (yeah, one hundred) pounds down. Appx 30-40 lbs of pure new muscle. Massive improvement in all aspects of health.

I've overcome obesity. I love feeling strong, ripped up, alive, and confident. I need to do more, be more, and find out just how far I can convince my body to go. Bodybuilding comp and triathlon will be the next two hurdles. Oh yeah, 110 pounds destroyed!
Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
Me. In just a few more month. or so.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
No more than 30 seconds. I see so many guys spending hours and the gym and accomplishing nothing. I love the gym but I also have a life and a family. I work my butt off as hard as I can without compromising the workout. No more than 30 seconds. I see so many guys spending hours and the gym and accomplishing nothing. Where am I now? I've learned alot in the last month. The question: why am I losing bodyfat but not changing weight? I've been between 213 and 218 for three months but lost a pant size and several percent. I've tracked my bodyfat using the BodPod and proven that yes- I've successfully...
I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for saying that you find me inspirational. It is people like you at Bodybuilding.com that keep me inspired as well as allow me to believe that I can make a difference in people’s lives.
Stay strong, focused and determined & may God bless.
Once again, thanks for the encouragement!!! It helps to get a word from a man that has accomplished what I am working on. The last 10 days have been tough due to being on vacation. But things get back to normal next week. I HAVE to loose 70 lbs. by July 31st. And my ultimate goal is 195 by the end of 2009. Keep checking on me! I appreciate it very much!!!
yeah man i also have a two year old boy and its hard but im really tryin to get into an agency right now and do some fitness modeling so they understand.
Cool. Hey do you find the hotrox worth the money? Do you attribute some weight loss to this product? I have been toying with the idea of a fat burner and testosterone enhancer. Thoughts?
Hey man how's it going? You are becoming a new being with that weight loss, I hope to hear more from you and your progress in your goals. Great job and keep aiming high!
I have started by dropping 30lbs I need to get new progress pics posted I have been lifting also I think that has helped the most and the Diet helps also.
I hear ya. I suffer chronic rotator cuff problems. It flares up and messes with the lifting schedule. Saw the blog. Hoped that the CTS did not cause problems for too long. I wish you a speedy recovery.
