"Well I missed my contest date due to lack of diet and finances. Upset but not stopping my cuts are better size is showing bulk in December start training and dieting in January full steam ahead to April a new name will be known in Natural competition"

Workout Program:
back day: deadlift 135 1 set 20 reps/ 225 1 set 20 reps/315 1 set 15 reps/405 1 set 6-8 reps/455 1 set 2-3 reps/495 1 set 1 rep. t-bar rows 225 2 sets 8-10 reps;seated cable row 200 2 sets 8-10 reps;wieghted pull-ups 10 reps.This is an etreme workout for brute strength and to build mass not for beginners done correctly this routine takes 45 minutes to an hour max.
