In November I plan on competing in an all natural novice bodybuilding contest. In august I will compete in my 2nd powerlifting contest.
Goal (Long):
Ive been wieght lifting for 15 years in apirl 2006 I competed in my first powerlifting contest just for fun. After deadlifting 535 and squating 455 (my bench was weak only 275) I realized I want to take it to another level and compete as a natural bodybuilder.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 5 lb

Thank you! Things are going good for me too. I've kicked up my cardio alot. Trying to work on my eating now. It's not tooo bad, just need to cut out more carbs. Your display pic looks good also... love the hair!! :)
