Goal (Long):
Ive been weight lifting for 15 years in April 2006 I competed in my first power lifting contest just for fun. After dead lifting 535 and squatting 455 (my bench was weak only 275) I realized I want to take it to another level and compete as a natural bodybuilder.
back day: deadlift 135 1 set 20 reps/ 225 1 set 20 reps/315 1 set 15 reps/405 1 set 6-8 reps/455 1 set 2-3 reps/495 1 set 1 rep. t-bar rows 225 2 sets 8-10 reps;seated cable row 200 2 sets 8-10 reps;wieghted pull-ups 10 reps.This is an etreme workout for brute strength and to build mass not...

I am fine just doing this cutting phase so I can get this pesky fat off. I will never building muscle and burn fat at the same time again it is too hard.
Past two weeks, I've been extremely lasy!! So I'm just barely mainting this 167-170 lbs... So But I still got until June to lose another 20, I'm not going to rush it, but I'm slowly but surely getting there!
