I've managed to maintain the same weight for years now, I find it very easy to lower body fat or to at least maintain a below 10% bodyfat leavel at this point, gaining muscle weight though is another story, most articles everywere preech about losing weight and ab exercises but a lot of people on here already achieved that goal....
My question is if you are already below at 7% body fat how to gain muscle without gaining bodyfat?
Still wearing 'em yellow gloves eh? Lol. Hey when you get a chance please check out my new site and post a comment: www.thanksgivingbuffet.com - and if you know anyone who needs a website lemme know.
Arghhhh. Hating you right now. Over here everything is just the same. Only if I want to go eat with friends we have to wait after 20.00 to eat. But since i eat every 3 hours it doesn't matter to me. I try to support them though. I seems hard to do.

I had to laugh when I read your profile about why you lift. Bodybuilding is a great stress reliever isn't it. It got me through a really dark time - keep up the good work - you look great - don't give others your power.. hugs, maxine
