Goal (Long):
All my life I have been the fat kid, and the fat friend with the great personality. Thats not good enough now. I want to not be ashamed to take my shirt off at the beach. I know that its going to be hard but I want a nice looking body to go with everything else that is good about me.
Well the last month really hasnt been that great. I have had a lot of ups and downs but who knows what next month will be like. I am down to 250.5 Which Sucks. I am thinking about joining the National Guard within the next year. I have a lot of work to do before i get there. I need...
workin at a restaurant is hard to keep weight down.. but i work @ a chowhall on the AF base and food for me is free. cookies, cake, icecream, every wonderful food item.. just dont even look at that bull****..

I eat the same meal every day now;
6 eggs, sans 3 yokes for breakfast;
a homemade italian sandwich for dinner.
Sometimes if I'm feeling low on energy I'll eat another sandwich or a cup of ramen noodles.
I also switched to coke zero, since I'm one of those people that always has a soda in hand.
Consistency with diet combined with exercising has helped me cut weight.
