Workout Program:
I am getting ready to start a new routine. I do not want my body to get used to the same workout over and over again. I am looking at a 5 day split for weights and 6 days of cardio with sunday as an off or make-up day. I am going to look through the routines on this site and find one I can use for the next 12 weeks. I am unable to do a single pull-up or run for more than 1/4 mile without stopping. I have a lot of work to reach my goals.
