I have been slacking off on diet and gym time. I am at 245 lbs and starting new today.

I was at 245 for some time, but I finally started to lose again. I am at 225, but now I have to rethink my goals as I originaly wanted to get down to 210 and now I see that I am still at 28% bf and will not be where I want to be at 210lbs.

I finally started losing again. i had stopped at 245 for several months. I will meet my goal of 210 by ny b-day next month, but now I will have to change my goal as I am still at 28%bf and I thought I would have been closer to 22 or so at this weight.
