I was reading one of your old comments about buffalo milk yogurt and was curious why it is a better choice than regular yogurt. from what i read, the buffalo yogurt is high in fat and not the good kind. i was thinking of trying it. there is a store a few hours away that my brother passes a couple of times a month for work (since it is not available online). what do you think?
