How I Started:
September 2007, I started to get my life turned around. I have lost 105 lbs and am trying to build muscle and lower my BF% now. I just started my own travel company and hope to make it grow.
Why I Love It:
I feel better after I leave the gym, and I love the compliments I receive now.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep pics of when I weighed 310 lbs by my computer so I see them all the time.

Goal (Overall):
Get ready for National Guard PFT.
Goal (Long):
Both of my sons are in the military. (1 in the Navy and 1 in the Army) I have decided to enlist in the National Guard and attend OCS. My goal is to score well on the PFT. I want to be able to do 65 push-ups, 70 sit-ups and run 2 miles in under 14:45. This will give me a score of 270 wich will get a PFT badge for my uniform. My son in the Army scored a 305 and he makes sure I know it. Currently, I can do 25 push-ups, 25 sit-ups, and run 2 miles in 18:00. I have until mid January to reach my goals. Any help is appreciated.

I am getting ready to start a new routine. I do not want my body to get used to the same workout over and over again. I am looking at a 5 day split for weights and 6 days of cardio with sunday as an off or make-up day. I am going to look through the routines on this site and find one I can use...

It wasn't so bad to gain up until where I am now since this is my natural body weight. However, to get it above where it is now would take a lot of effort and work. Thank you btw :).
