This is my first pic. I wasn't going to post it until I had a progress pic, but here it goes. This is 309 lbs.
I have lost 84lbs over the last year. I am currently down to 225lbs. Losing 20 more lbs over the next 4 months would be great.
Goal (Long):
I did not make my original goal to be down to 210 by my 40th b-day, but i did get down to 225. I have been unable to lose any more weight since hitting 225. I have decided to get refocused and tweek my diet and training to see if that will help. I will be looking for help on both of those tweeks from other members, so please let me know if you think something could help. My new goals will be to get down to 205lbs at about 20% bf by new years. I want to be able to run 3 miles without stopping and do 40 push ups and 60 sit ups.
I have been working out (used loosely)for about 1 yr. I was up to 309lbs last september. I have done mostley cardio and I recently added weight training to my routine. I work out 6 days a week and I currently weigh 220 lbs. One of the problems is that my BF% is still very high at about 27%, so I...
I am getting ready to start a new routine. I do not want my body to get used to the same workout over and over again. I am looking at a 5 day split for weights and 6 days of cardio with sunday as an off or make-up day. I am going to look through the routines on this site and find one I can use...
dude what a diff that weight makes.. ever noticed how nobody is smiling in their fat pics but they are grinning their ass off all buffed out.. you hold true to the trend man.. great progress

great progress, your an inspiration, the last 20lbs should be a breeze!
It wasn't so bad to gain up until where I am now since this is my natural body weight. However, to get it above where it is now would take a lot of effort and work. Thank you btw :).
congrats diceman,Just keep it going no matter what...its a lifestyle now,you have come to far dont look back.keep the diet going, feed the muscle and starve the fat...take care.
Thank you! Well actually I would have uh a certain monthly issue with wanting to cheat but I've learned to just either suck it up, chew mad crazy gum, or wen its bad chew on some berries...=0) You're looking good there! Leaning out I see!
Well to be honest, i just liked the flavor more than anything! LOL!!!! I like gamey stuff--goat, venison, rabbit, etc etc. If you're trying to lean out, I would stay away from dairy products in general...including yogurt until you reach your target weight. Man, everytime I see your progress pics I am blown away...please keep it up!!! You're looking awesome!!!
Definitely good luck finding a partner if thats what you need to stay motivated.. I would just be unfocused don't know that I could work out with someone else unless it was a trainer there to yell at me.. lol but the changes are showing.. keep at it..
