I want to be able to go into the store and pick out any outfit and have it fit perfectly. It seams as though I've never beeen able to do that because they never carry cute clothes in my size (14). I also want to be able to wear a bikini again, and be the example to my daughter about body image, because right now it's not to positive. I also want to inspire other people to get off the couch. I've read/studied a little bit about fitness and nutrition, but I don't like having conversations about it or telling people my opinion about it because it looks kinda hipocritical; here I am spoutting out info that I myself can't back up because I'm overweight. I want to be an inspiration.
She is a true inspiration and deserves the right to be on the front page of BB.com as most inspirational! She has come a long way in fitness and will go even further!
Yes, I lost 220lbs in a WEEK... yes 1 week or 7 days... or 168 hours........ whichever you prefer.
How you ask? Well, I finally got tired of being unhappy, sick, unmotivated, and emotionally drained by keeping it around. It was time to get serious! I had to face my...
I just stopped by to wish you nothing but success as you work towards your fitness goal. Too many people think it can’t be done and so they don't even try but you are proving that with hard work and dedication it can be. I look forward to watching your continuing progress. You are a great example to so many others. Stay strong, focused and determined.
don't be hating me! I'm going to be at Super Nutrition this weekend in Marietta. If I would've known last week I would've told you to hold off on making the drive. That's ok, you got started on some great supplements this week! No use in waiting. Have a great DAY! Susie
Hey girl! Checking in on you before I head to the gym. How is everything working out for you? Saw your weight dropped! :) Woohoo!!!! I'm Cheering for YOU! Susie
Thanks :) For upper body I do one day a week of chest, one day of arms, one day shoulders/back, and one day of abs. I usually lift low reps (5-12) with the heaviest weight I can! Then maybe once every 4 to 6 weeks or so I bring the weight down a little and do high reps (15-25)for a week or two. I try to switch things up by changing the lifts I do each week, my goal is to get sore EVERY time I lift. If I don't get sore one week then I change things up as much as I can then next week.
Hi! Work has been great! I'm loving it. Had a very long day today but I am happy to say I was able to get a work out in. Congrats on your reducing your dress size! :)
