sure! :) Tuesday is my leg day and I do squats, leg extension, leg press, ham curls, dead lifts, abb/adductor machine and calves. each are at 4 sets of 12. Then on saturdays i do plyometric exercises like jump squats, jump lunges and so on. I do 15 of each exercise and 3 rounds of it.
