She is just beautiful and seems so down to earth still. She inspires me everyday to not give up on my goals as soon as i see her pics. She has great tips, videos on workouts etc.

I AM very proud of the results I've achieved so far. 8 months ago I wouldn't have dreamed that this was possible, but now I know that anything can be done if you put forth the effort. sure! :) Tuesday is my leg day and I do squats, leg extension, leg press, ham curls, dead lifts, abb/adductor machine and calves. each are at 4 sets of 12. Then on saturdays i do plyometric exercises like jump squats, jump lunges and so on. I do 15 of each exercise and 3 rounds of it.
