Never too old to train.
I hear so many people say they cannot do it because their too busy and do not have time. People need to realize if they do not do it, nobody will do it for them. YOU need to make yourself a priority because it is so important for your health and well being. Make it a point to take time out of your busy schedule each day to do something nice for yourself because you are so worth it. Do not ever say you cannot do it because I know anybody can set their minds to it and accomplish the most amazing things. Please remember never give up or give in because you will see changes it just takes time, consistency and patience. Always remember baby steps and set a long-term goal with small goals to get to that big goal and reward yourself each time. Go out and celebrate at a nice restaurant or buy a new outfit. Lastly, please celebrate each and every one of your accomplishments and never put yourself down or let anybody drag you down and tell you your goals are crazy. No dream is ever too big so go for it. You have nothing to lose but if you do not try, you have more to lose.
