You have phenomenal power & strength to achieve your goals! Physical therapy is a slow,tedious process! I am doing new body weight exercises. Doing cable rows at therapy. bigred3042 Hi Diane hope You had an amazing day! I had physical therapy today. I have 2 partially torn rotator cuffs & issues with my back. I was injured at work. I don't need an operation. I do body weight exercises for beginners. At physical therapy my therapist he works on my back & shoulders. I do cable rows,use a flexi band to strengthen my shoulders.
