well thats a good start! i do it on my own as well but i do it at home and that was fine at the start but its gettin harder now cos ive got wieghts over my head that could really hurt me so im tryin to rope my friends into takin it up ha you'd be supprised what you can do on your own though, if u look on my profile page just above the pics of my friends ive put my workout program on there and thats all stuff that i do on my own at home. whats the bootcamp?
