Whenever I can as much as I can depending on how much time I have.
Mostly, I do daily cardio for 20-45 minutes daily and the 30 minute circuit whenever I can.
Then I throw in some machines not covered in the circuit like delts/flys, hip adductors and abductors, back extentions and calve raises.
Soon I will be adding daily a stretching routine and an abdominal routine. |
