This is MY MAN! He has been completely supportive of my changes in our diet and activity levels even though he is not as enthusiastic about these changes as I am. When I get on him about his exercise he understands that I am nagging because, even though I love him the way he is, I want us to be doing everything we can to ensure that we are still enjoying each other in 25 or even 50 years...... I love you Big Guy!!

Been forever and a day since I came on to the site! Thanks for asking, I am doing well. I dropped the five pounds and I will be updating all my stats tomorrow. I am finding that when my weight-loss begins to flat line if I take a week off it helps a lot. How is your training going? You look great! Keep up the focus and the training. Happy Lifting!
