Workout Program:
1) Weight training 1 to 2 muscle groups per day.
30-45 minutes low intensity cardio per day.
5-10 minutes high intensity cardio per day.
2) OR pole dancing class + practice at home.
3) OR 20 minutes cardio, 45-60 minutes circuit training+cardio between sets, and finish with 20 minutes cardio
4) OR 45-60 minutes yoga
