Cutting body fat percentage and gaining sexy, feminine muscle is my number one priority. I was a flat-tummied ballerina/dancer in high school and got even skinnier afterwards--but I never had any upper body strength!
I put on a lot of weight (in my opinion) after a couple of years of inactivity and lots of beer and bar food, and I've been on a zillion diets where I've lost weight only to see it come right back.
I'm making a lifestyle change this time...working out 6-7 days per week no matter what and eating right. For once I'm not doing this for instant results or temporary gratification--I'm doing this for a lifetime of health and fitness.
Looking hot doesn't hurt, either.
What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I've grunted...not loudly, but it happens. I say do whatever it takes to get your results!

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
Whatever workout clothes are clean...sweats, jogging shorts, and old t-shirts and tanks. And high impact sports bras. There's nothing worse than cardio without good support for your ta-ta's. I try hard to eat clean but temptation is all around me! With my crazy school schedule it can get very hard to cook, and I'm surrounded by students eating deep fried and sugary foods all day. I love healthy food, but I'm a sucker for salty french fries sometimes. Josh won't stop...
1) Weight training 1 to 2 muscle groups per day.
30-45 minutes low intensity cardio per day.
5-10 minutes high intensity cardio per day.
2) OR pole dancing class + practice at home.
3) OR 20 minutes cardio, 45-60 minutes circuit training+cardio between sets, and finish with 20...
