Overall Goal: To be the fittest I can be 4 me first and foremost, and if I can help others along the way great.
Fit Status:
Did some chest, shoulders, and triceps, not enough but something is better than nothing.

When I Started:
Nov, 1978
How I Started:
I've been active since age 12. Whether running the newspaper. In The Young Marines, and other things.
Why I Love It:
I admire Jack Lalane(one who had the first fitness show on tv and had great physical shape and endurance), Steve Reeves(the ideal of being tone and clothes fit on you), Sergio Oliva(the man,the myth roids or not chest measured beyond 60inch chest and then some.), Bruce Lee (the 5ft 7in 135lb man who had serious physical strength aka The master of kung fu)and many others.
How I Stay Motivated:
Master, I am of my own DESTINY. No one else can do it for me but me. To be consistant, build my endurance. To have balance,HARD WORK PAYS.......
BB Accomplishments:
Not consistant enough to be a bodybuilder. I've lost 17lbs, and dropped 5% bodyfat in 2 months before. I also ran 9 miles after started a few months before.
Forum Signature:
I've seen and read articles of people up to age 96, working out. The article " In for the long haul". An 81 man running for the Senior Olympics 09. My mother my greatest motivation, and one of my main critics use to walk 6 miles with me for exercise. To be the best you can be for yourself first, and help others is GREAT. To be the best you can be mentality, physically, and in spirit is TOTALLY AWESOME!!!

To be the fittest I can be 4 me first and foremost, and if I can help others along the way great.
Goal (Long):
I've been 204lbs with 31%percent bodyfat. Within 2 months I've come down to 188lbs with 25% bodyfat. A difference of about 17 lbs, and 6% bodyfat. I almost gained 10lbs back but my weight goes up and down from 190 to 195. I ran up to 9 miles at best. I want to be about 165-175 lbs, with good overall strength, flexibility, and endurance. Broad shoulders, wide back, big bi's, and tri's, thick forearms, a 6, possibly and 8 pack, nice size not so big tree trunk quads, thick cable like hamstrings, diamond like calves. Toned from my thick neck with nice traps to my feet. To be able to have all of that and still can run 7-10 miles, or bike 30-50. Still lookin good in my clothes. To be at my best Physically, Mentality, and yes Sprituality.......
An attractive lady that workout and still look like a lady always motivates me. I look at it like this no shapely nice looking woman would want to be at a swimming pool or the beach with an average or fat man. Looking at your pic doing dips with that heavy chain around your neck. Makes me think " GO HARD OR GO HOME".
Rebuild my shoulder, get myself in shape, and use Interval trainning.
Mon: BACK, triceps,shoulders,abs, intervals(run a quick 1.5mile)stretch.
Wed: Chest, biceps, abs, intervals(try 7-10mph 4 30 sec walk 3.5 then repeat until I get 2 30mins)stretch more.
Fri : legs,shoulders,...
Hey, great to hear you had a productive training day. It feels rough on some days but I always feel quite happy when I stick with training on those days. You'll be enjoying the results...!
I've been running for about 8-9 months now. 9 miles is a long, long run... good for you for doing it!
You can do this thing... Just take it slow & ramp up slowly... better to run not enough than too much; run too much & we get injured and then have to stop running!
I just stopped by to wish you all the best as you work towards your fitness goals. You have shown determination and strength of spirit to get where you are at this point. I look forward to watching your continuing progression. Keep believing & achieving.
Great job on your 4 mile run! I'm training for a half iron man next summer (that's 1 mile swim, 55 mile bike & 13 mile run). Are you planning on an upcoming race?
If you can be consistent week in and week out, it will happen bro. Be patient and learn how your body responds to what you are putting in it as you keep the workouts intense.
Thanks for the comment, & I am glad ya liked my video... anyway, how ya been bro, how goes the workouts, & progress??? Stay focused, & dont give up brother!!! Dedication & hard work pays off, take care brother!!!
