Someone suggested I enter a Figure competition. I entered Quincy Roberts Elite Figure Competiton in Nov. 2005 and I placed second. Since then I have been competiting on a National level. I am hooked!!
Why I Love It:
I love transforming my body into a better me. Striving for that Pro-card!!

I read Oxygen Mag!
BB Accomplishments:
-NPC Gold's Classic 2008 - 1st place and Overall Winner, Wilmington, NC. -2nd place in the Masters Figure Competition 2006 Pittsbugh, PA.

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Get a trainer. Once I got to college, I found a trainer who taught me so much about the gym. I still use his hardcore techinques, today.

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
I started lifting my freshmen yr in H.S. I focused only on weights and not nutrition. You need both elements to sculpt your body.
