When I Started:
Oct, 2006
How I Started:
I always enjoyed lifting weights occasionally and I began going to the gym a few days a week at 18. I didn't really know what I was doing, nor did I know anything about proper nutrition. I realized how unhealthy my lifestyle really was after I started learning everything I could about weight training and nutrition. I started deticating myself to the gym in late 2006 although I did not know very much. In Aug 2007 I became NASM certified. I've been lifting consistently 5x per week with all the knowledge I've gained for close to a year now.
Why I Love It:
How I Stay Motivated:
Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.
-1 Corinthians 6:19-20
