i want to gain enough size and strength to be at where i want to be at going into the season. I feel doing this will set me up well for the upcoming season and i cant wait to actually compete.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
LOTS of protein. I take down protein like its my job. i need it for recovery especially since by body is working very hard this season. Yes
