To stay in shape for football and hockey.
Why I Love It:
To be old and fit. It helps me to stay healthy. I would like to be training 40 years from now.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by making gains. When people ask if you workout because they can see gains. It's hard to see gains on your own. Gains are a motivator. My workout buddy HCFP is a great motivator. FFL.
