Well its two days before school starts and I thought that I would post a new update on my progress. My training during the summer was great because my body was able to handle training 5 days a week (Mon-Fri). I didnt get as much sleep as I should have, but I had to get up early and work...

I think the myoshock is pretty good. I can only take 5 of the seven required pills because i get nautios from them, Ill tell you what though superpump 250 is some good stuff!

well thats a good height though. u lucky. sorry to be a pest. im just tryin to do this bodybuilding thing and its hard. i used to do drugs and be kinda a loser when i was 13-5 and maybe thats why im so small. i guess i think of you as a role model.could u be like a big bro to me?
