I was tired of being small, so I started lifting weights. Simple as that.
Why I Love It:
There Is Nothing Better Than Lifting Heavy Ass Weight And Packing On Mass.

well thats a good height though. u lucky. sorry to be a pest. im just tryin to do this bodybuilding thing and its hard. i used to do drugs and be kinda a loser when i was 13-5 and maybe thats why im so small. i guess i think of you as a role model.could u be like a big bro to me?

oh an be careful w. that bulking, its up to u, but if i were u I would kinda maintain where your at right now, and put on ONLY muscle. I've done the dirt bulk and put on alot of weight quick, but alot more of it is fat than you realize.

thanks alot, I'm shooting for a clean bulk cuz I startg dieting again in feb. I just want to bring up some area's, bring my chest up to 40" my arms past 15, and stay under 150. good luck w. ur goals.
