Ive been consitently lazy since my daughter was born in 2020.. Prior to was in good shape.. FF to 2 weeks ago i decided i beed to get back in the lab and get back to where i was at 4 yrs ago. Ive been completely disgusted looking in the mirror.. So as of weight chexk today ive lost 6 lbs which isnt much but ive lost 7% body fat. Started at 38 and as of today im 31.. With that being said my 6 month goal is 15-20%.. SO LETS GET IT BABY! AS MY MAN CT FLETCHER SAYS, YOU WANNA BE A BEAST OR A B!TCH!
