I have always been active but I wasn't getting what I wanted out of life. So I decided to make a change and go for what I want out of life. I want a good body and great grades in school. So I have decided that I will do what ever it takes to achive my goal.
Why I Love It:
The endrophin rush. At about 8:00 at night I get this huge endrphin rush espceially when I work out in the morning. Also, To look good and feel great about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I read and watch videos of fitness professional and I keep a journal of my progress. Also, I guess you can say Greg Plitt, the fitness model. I want to be a fit as him. Also, I recently found a quote that recentley inspires me."Life is not about finding yourself, but creating yourself". It made me think.
BB Accomplishments:
I really want to gain more muscle mass. I really don't need to loss weight. I am really skinny so I am eating like crazy.
I want to have a body that I am proud of and like showing off. I am fit and trim but I like to be more than what I have. Why be mediocre when you can be better. I had a classmate in highschool that pose for playgirl. I want to do that but I don't yet have the body. I also want to start modeling and acting. Its always been a dream of mine and I know I can do it. I really don't have a lifting goal I want more of a look.
Ladies and gentlemen i would now like say i am back on the horse. I even given myself a date and i am going to be competition in the FAME fitness model and muscle competition in New Orleans. I set a date and i am going to get there. With hard work and dedication I will get there.
Thanks man. I just ate a lot, and lifted heavy low reps. Like a 5x5 program. I gained a lot of fat tho last year when I bulked. So this year I am trying to do it cleaner. Good luck bro!
