I have always been around the gym this is just the first time I'm taking it seriously. I played football for twelve years and I did't even lift much then!
Why I Love It:
I love the pump! It's like the same rush I get when hitting someone but I don't get in trouble for this!
How I Stay Motivated:
I've got a 7 m onth old son I don't want him to see a fat and lazy daddy so it's pretty easy!
BB Accomplishments:
I have no acomplishements yet just goal's 450bench, 600squat, and a 700deadlift!!!!lose 10% body fat

I work chest on mon. flat bench 1set 185x10, 1set 205x10, and one set 225x10. Incline bench 3sets 135. decline bench 3sets 205. flat bench flys 3 sets 40lbs db's. cable xovers 4sets various shoulder slots! Tues. legs light day squats, leg extentions, hamstring curls, leg press, and dead lift....
