How I Started:
I had always been in pretty good shape and weighed in the 170s but getting older the weight just started to come on so when I hit the 200 pound mark I decided right then that I had to make a major change in my life and start working to stay in shape. I started working out weighing 203 pounds at 5'7" and had a bodyfat of 27.9%.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy the way it makes me feel in everything that I do. I have more energy thoughout the day, I'm way more active with my kids and being in shape certaintly doesn't hurt your sex drive!
How I Stay Motivated:
As with anyone I have my up and down days when you don't want to get out of bed but the one thing that keeps me motivated is staying healthy for my kids. Not that working out guarantee's great health but it sure doesn't hurt!
BB Accomplishments:
No major bodybuilding accomplishments but I did manage to get my weight down to 165 and 12.8% bodyfat. My goal is to get to xtra lean.
