How I Started:
After basketball season my freshman year in high school. We began to incorporate weight lifting into our training routine, and I've been hooked ever since.
Why I Love It:
Strength, both physical and mental (cheesy but true). I've always felt that the point of lifting weights was to get big and strong, not big and cut. I want to not only move heavy weights but be able to transfer that to sports and everyday life.
How I Stay Motivated:
Everytime I walk into the gym and see that one of my lifts have gone up 5/10lbs. It's a great feeling.

Winning a pose-off with myself.
