How I Started:
I have always worked for gyms and outpatient physical therapy clinics
Why I Love It:
I was a competitive gymnast for 7 years, I then started to work for a gym and just got hooked. I got married had babies and decided I wanted to get back into shape and pursue a career in the fitness industry and got my CPT with NASM...now I am putting to work on myself first!
How I Stay Motivated:
My husband and kids. My BF is a great training partner too :) I have done a few mini tri.s, and trained for a half marathon, I got a stress fracture in my foot after running 10 miles...I had just gotten orthotics and my Dr. said just to put them and go as far as I wanted...apparentley you are suppose to work into them.
BB Accomplishments:
No accomplishments yet but I am working towards participating in a fitness competion in the future as well as another half marathon.
I need to lower my body fat, I have a a good start of muscle gain but need to shed the fat covering them. I plan on cleaning up my diet with lean meats, protein, add more green veggies, less startchy/sugar carbs and drink 1 gallon of water per day. I am also taking up running with my husband to shed the fat and I will continue my weight lifting.
