Back Pose 10.15 mile run Back Pose 9.30 mile run
Frist run in over 6 months. I think this is a good start.
My legs feel like jello. This is the forth day for my timed mile run. This is my worst time since day one. I worked out for 45 min before my run. I am going to take a couple of days off. I will still get some running in but it will not be timed. I will time my mile again next week. Shooting for under 9 min.

This was my second run and I got my time down to 9.01. I feel great success.

My legs are a little sore but I am still happy with where I am at right now.
