How I Started:
I got my first weight set when I was in 8th grade. I wanted to start working out to change the way by body looked and get bigger, faster, stronger. I love to work out and I have always had a home gym so I can work out whenever.
Why I Love It:
When you get done with an intense work out you have this amazing feeling that goes through your body. It puts a smile on your face.
How I Stay Motivated:
I know how good I feel after I work out. I love to push my limits and see how far I can go each and every workout. "Don't give up what you want most for something you want at the moment."

Frist run in over 6 months. I think this is a good start.
My legs feel like jello. This is the forth day for my timed mile run. This is my worst time since day one. I worked out for 45 min before my run. I am going to take a couple of days off. I will still get some running in but it will not be timed. I will time my mile again next week. Shooting f ...

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
Just depends on my work out and the weight I am using. It I am on a light day my reps are 12-15. Heavy weight 2-5 reps.

I know the feeling.. Training's going real good.. But the diet's just not working for me - I don't get enough food.. carbs more specific.. And then I crash and burn! BAD! It sucks :)

hey! i dont play on any teams.. right now i def. dont have the time! volleyball would be fun in the summer :) i taught jump roping yesterday. it was ok.. i could have been a little louder. the 27th i have to teach a dance in my dance class :( why am i so nervous?! how are you doing?

In response to your question, BeFit4Free offers free forums, diet plans, recipes etc. We do sell supplements, (I can't afford to pay for every one's supplement orders... lol) but we have them competitively priced. Yeah Mason Finley(I know about throws way too much) our best ever is around 210' best this season was 180'7" but he's going to get close or break that record and we have 4 guys looking to throw 60+ this season.

That's sweet I've only been throwing for about 2-3 years now and that got me into lifting/bb I'm looking to break my school records this year at 192'1" and 61'3" give or take and inch(I use metric in Canada) but I've thrown them in practice but have a mental block in competition so I'm working on that.

holy crap.. i thought my day was busy! there is no way that i could work out that late after such a long day. i would get home and pass out! i have always eaten tons of protein, so i mostly just added carbs.. and i guess a bit more protein. i just started like 2 weeks ago.. so we will see!

are you writing a book? haha im jk. i go to bed at about 8:45 and my alarm goes off at 4:40. I workout for an hour.. mostly weight training. i cut out the cardio just recently because I'm trying to put on some muscle! whats your days like? its got to be hard with coaching..
