How I Started: I got my first weight set when I was in 8th grade. I wanted to start working out to change the way by body looked and get bigger, faster, stronger. I love to work out and I have always had a home gym so I can work out whenever.
Why I Love It: When you get done with an intense work out you have this amazing feeling that goes through your body. It puts a smile on your face.
How I Stay Motivated: I know how good I feel after I work out. I love to push my limits and see how far I can go each and every workout. "Don't give up what you want most for something you want at the moment."

Frist run in over 6 months. I think this is a good start.  My legs feel like jello. This is the forth day for my timed mile run. This is my worst time since day one. I worked out for 45 min before my run. I am going to take a couple of days off. I will still get some running in but it will not be timed. I will time my mile again next week. ...

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
Just depends on my work out and the weight I am using. It I am on a light day my reps are 12-15. Heavy weight 2-5 reps.

Well day to went better.  I went for my mile run today and did it in 9 minutes and 1 seconds.  I drop over 1 minutes off my time.  I need to keep working at it to try and get it down under 7 minutes.  I want to challenge all body space members to a mile run.  I want to see who can have...

ya, any boat is a good boat :) they have a 21' maxum. it has a cuddy..its older but it does the trick!
